Skøyen Atrium

Skøyen Atrium is a contemporary commercial building where architecture and materials work together to create a precise and calm overall expression. The facade solution supports the building's design language and contributes to a clear identity in the urban environment.
Our delivery consists of treating gold plates according to samples, which are fitted with a focus on the surface expression, uniformity and durability. The chosen finish adds depth and reflection and interacts with the light around the atrium.
The project illustrates how processing of aluminum and careful control of oxide layers and color tone can be used to achieve an architecturally precise result, where both aesthetics and technical properties merge into a higher unity.
