Seeds hard anodizing is an effective treatment used when there are special requirements for the aluminum's corrosion resistance.
Semi-hard anodizing is a treatment that takes some of the best properties from two different worlds. With semi-hard anodizing, a durable product is obtained that is comparable to hard anodizing, but which at the same time has the flexibility of normal anodizing.
Semi hard anodizing is an effective surface treatment of aluminum profiles and is used, among other things, to create results such as increased corrosion resistance, a dirt-repellent surface, a decorative surface or a surface with an electrically insulating coating.
Semi-hard anodizing is a sought-after treatment type due to its high hardness, wear resistance and superb corrosion resistance, while still being offered in a wide range of colours.
Semi-hard anodizing manages to be an absolutely fantastic link between the decorative and the technical and is therefore an excellent choice when the product has both high technical requirements, but also needs to appear as a delicious product with specific visual requirements.
With semi-hard anodizing, aluminum is treated in one of our special process vessels according to very specific parameters with the aim of building an oxide layer that hits the midpoint between the hard and the decorative.
Aluminum blanks, which are treated with a semi-hard anodizing, will be able to tolerate being exposed to wear and tear to a greater extent, but where you still have the option of coloring in other colors than grey, brown and black.

Blowing is an effective mechanical pre-treatment that is used when there are special requirements for the aluminum's structure or hardness. Blasting leaves a nice, uniform and matte surface at the same time, the treatment can to a certain extent remedy machining surfaces, grinding marks, tensile and heat streaks, which are visible on the raw material. This is due to changes in the material structure, which achieves the more uniform surface and with a matte appearance before further processing.
HAI offers several different blowing media with different roughness in the structure to give the uniform surface a broken structure.
We have different variants of blowing agents, where depending on the desired result, you can choose between; glass beads, precious corundum, stainless steel balls, stainless steel grit and mixed blasting agent.
We have a blowing agent that suits your needs regardless of the application or the physical characteristics of the component.
The treatment takes place in a closed cabin, where our operators blow fine grains of glass against the aluminum blanks. This achieves a uniform surface and a nice finish on the entire item.
Blowing is a pre-treatment process that can be equated with other mechanical pre-treatments such as grinding, brushing and polishing.
HAI can blow glass profiles up to 8 meters in a continuous plant and offers economically advantageous glass blowing in fully automatic plants.
