Har HAI signed agreement?

Yes, HAI has signed a collective agreement with the Confederation of Danish Industries, which means that you as an employee are guaranteed clear and transparent terms for salary, working hours, pension and working conditions - all determined through a collective agreement that protects your rights.

Why should I search digitally?

When you apply digitally through our system, we can process your information securely and in a controlled manner. Digital systems make it easier to protect your data, log who has access, and ensure we meet GDPR requirements.

What is GDPR?
GDPR is the EU's rules for how companies must process personal data. This means that we must take good care of the information we have about you. This can be, for example, your name, address, telephone number and other data. We only use your data for the purpose for which it was collected.

Shift team

We have three shifts, but as an employee you work on one shift. When you apply for a job at HAI, you must write whether you are interested in working day, evening or night. There is an additional payment for shift work from 18:00 PM to 06:00 AM.

What is a discretionary account?

A voluntary account is a savings scheme where we as an employer pay out a percentage of your salary as voluntary savings. We have chosen to pay out voluntary savings every month. The voluntary savings amount is made available for your own free choice, and can also be used for wages in connection with free time for a number of things, e.g. a child's second sick day and children's doctor's visits. In addition to your fixed hourly wage (holiday-eligible wage), you will receive 10% voluntary savings and 4% weekday and public holiday savings as of 1.3.2026.

Will I get a pension?

Yes, as an employee at HAI You will of course receive a pension according to the applicable rates in the Industrial Agreement.

Why do I have to submit a criminal record check?

You must provide a clean criminal record, as we work with security-sensitive industries and projects where this is a necessary requirement. You must also be able to pass a security clearance from the police.

Are you closed for the holidays?

Yes, every year we do a HAI calendar, which can also be found here on the page under downloads. The calendar indicates when we plan to be closed during the summer holidays, Christmas and in connection with public holidays. We naturally follow the Danish Holiday Act and the Industrial Agreement in accordance with the rules on holidays.

Health insurance

We have taken out health insurance, which all full-time employees are covered by. This means you have faster access to treatment, less sick leave and greater security in everyday life.

Will I get work clothes?

Yes, on the first day you will be given safety shoes and t-shirts with the logo on them. After you have been employed for 6 weeks, you will be given the work clothes you need for your work. We do not compromise on safety, so you will also be given all the safety equipment you need.

What are SU and AMO?

SU stands for the works council, and the management meets with the shop steward and employee representatives four times a year. We do this to strengthen cooperation on HAIAs an employee, you can always contact the shop steward if there is something you want to be addressed.

AMO stands for working environment organization, and like SU, management also meets at least 4 times a year with the working environment representatives to discuss the working environment and safety.

Do you have any company events?

Yes, we do, and we have a staff association that strives to ensure that we have some great parties and social gatherings. Maybe you can also keep an eye on us on the bike paths when we participate in the “We cycle to work” campaign or get sweaty for the “Beringsstafetten”.

What can I expect?

We can promise that you will have some fantastic colleagues who are ready to welcome you and give you a good experience from day one.
