To ensure the correct treatment, color and finish of your order, offers HAI to do a trial run of your products. We prepare so-called minimum/maximum references for construction cases and other large or repeated orders. Min/max references indicate the range that can be in the selected color. Min/max references must be drawn up on the aluminum with which the project or task is carried out, so we draw up references based on the alloy that will be used in production. Our production engineering department ensures compliance with measurements and performs a visual check of your samples.

If you need to issue a certificate of conformity – CoC – Certificate of Conformity, our production engineering department will issue this. A Certificate of Conformity (CoC) is a document that documents that the product has been manufactured in accordance with the legal regulations and specified quality requirements. The certificate will be sent digitally as far as possible, and will be attached to your items when sending.
If you need to issue a declaration of conformity – DoC – Declaration of Conformity, our quality department will issue this. A Declaration of Conformity (DoC) is a formal statement in which a manufacturer formally declares that a product complies with the essential health, safety and environmental requirements of the relevant directives. It is a sign that a product has been designed and constructed to comply with relevant essential requirements and has been through the relevant conformity assessment processes.
