Line capacity / Sizes

With three separate anodizing lines, we can produce many different anodizing types and colors simultaneously. Each production line is different in capacity volume, and we can therefore dimension the parts to be anodized to the optimal production line for the best capacity utilization and economy. 

We run a production pattern of 3 shift shifts and anodize and handle parts from the smallest size up to 8 meter profiles and sheet materials - every day. 

Located in Horsens, Denmark, we are logistically very central for our customers in Northern Europe. 

In addition to the anodizing lines, we have a brand new wet painting facility where we wet paint all types of aluminum and other metals. The process takes place in state-of-the-art spray booths with the latest robotic technology, and we can therefore guarantee consistent uniformity on all items. We process items according to customer requirements and technical data sheets, and even the most demanding paints and varnishes can also be hardened in our ovens at up to 300° Celsius. The oven dimensions are 4,20 x 3,50 x 2,90 metres. Blanks for air-curing paints can be cured of sizes up to 6,00 x 3,50 x 3,00 meters.
