It is HAIs objective to recruit, retain and develop qualified employees so that together we can achieve the strategic objectives. To achieve this, we recognize the need for competence development, and therefore increased knowledge sharing and training are a high priority. We are a production company, but also a knowledge company, and we train our own specialists. We believe that competence development is the right recipe for continuing to develop. It also means that the days are versatile and fly by.
With HAI training takes place primarily as peer training and knowledge sharing. Work instructions have been created for all our processes that describe the way we work. However, it is not possible to describe everything in detail, and therefore everyone has a responsibility to share their knowledge.
All new employees are invited to a "new employee course" as soon as possible after starting.
The desire for competence development is a collaboration between the manager, HR and internal and external course providers. All employees can wish to become part of HAIs Talent Management program.
