Production has a great deal of responsibility for the day-to-day work, and as an employee in production you are an important part of our success. As an employee knows HAI it requires that you want to learn new things and you must be open to change.
Our production employs 120 employees with different backgrounds and experience.
We work in 3-shift shifts, but with fixed working hours. For our production employees, we offer a fixed hourly wage, pension, health insurance, staff union and we have signed a collective agreement with Danish Industry.
For safety reasons, you as an employee must HAI could either speak Danish or English. Participation in Danish lessons is compulsory after 6 months of employment.
HAI has a large number of support functions in the company that work together across disciplines.
Among other things, we have our own workshop with blacksmiths, welders and electricians who constantly carry out preventive maintenance and keep production running.
Our logistics team is always on the move and takes care of purchasing, receiving goods and shipping finished goods.
Our laboratory team provides analyses, treatment of waste water and also handles a wide range of service functions. The service team ensures a clean working environment and, not least, that there is always coffee.
The quality department and production engineering department, among other things, make ongoing improvements and advise both internally and externally.
The sales team always has their finger on the pulse, makes offers and processes orders. Our sales team has a great service gene and loves to be involved where it happens.
The administration helps to keep the wheels turning and that everyone gets paid on time.

We attach great importance to both the physical and psychological working environment. Members from the occupational health and safety organization regularly carry out safety rounds to supervise that HAI complies with all rules and laws.
We use well-being measurements and workplace assessments to measure the temperature in the company and to improve the working environment.
HAI´s top management and middle management group work continuously with social capital and are ambassadors for a good working environment, competence development and the reception of new employees.
To promote social interaction on HAI does the company have a staff union. There is great support for the work in the association, just as there is also great support for events. Whether it's Christmas lunch, trips to amusement parks, summer parties, fishing trips, sailing trips, events for the whole family or go-karting, HAIs employees hundred meters champion in partying and having fun.
HAI gives anniversary gifts for every 5th year of employment, and every summer we say goodbye to summer with shared lunch boxes. Whenever possible, keep HAI events to promote social interaction, and in December we have fun with small events.
