Ensuring a healthy life and promoting well-being is a very important goal for us HAI. Our employees benefit from health insurance, which we often advise them to use for both health and well-being. We facilitate vaccination for those interested and take protective measures in difficult times. The employees' health and well-being are prioritized at HAI, as it has a major impact on the working environment, safety and quality standards.

We value the person's abilities, and our HR strategy focuses on, among other things, on people's rights and gender equality. Regardless of gender, we are committed to working for improvements and ongoing development together. With HAI we have various leading and coordinating positions held by both women and men.
We consistently work to ensure a stable and safe working environment, and we are working towards an ISO 45001 certificate. With HAI we have a strong synergy in our company that employee rights must always be prioritized and protected. Furthermore, we focus on educating our employees for a sustainable economy, creating decent jobs and improving living standards. We are committed to lowering our production impact and have therefore established sustainable targets to ensure positive results. Our goals are not aimed at one or two of our departments, but the entire organization from purchasing through the entire production. In order for our goals to be maintained, great emphasis is placed on energy optimization, waste management, use and purchase of chemicals - all monitored through our ISO 50001 energy management system certificate. Our mantra is HAI quality – LOW impact.
