Wide selection of pre-treatments
HAI has a wide selection of pre-treatments – both mechanical and chemical.
The pre-treatment process
First the blanks are pre-treated by means of degreasing. Then one or more pre-treatments are chosen. Where more than one pre-treatment is chosen the sequence will be a mechanical pre-treatment prior to a chemical pre-treatment.
In many situations our experience has shown that chemical pickling is the most attractive pre-treatment process, but the choice of pre-treatment does depend on the customer’s requirements for the properties and appearance of the end product.
