Cleaning
Inside of doors:
Under normal circumstances, aluminium products that are placed on the inside of doors only require wiping with a damp cloth at regular intervals.
Outside of doors:
The cleaning and maintenance of external aluminium products is very dependent on the effects form the surrounding environment as well as how much importance is attached to the decorative appearance of the protective function.
Never use:
Soda solutions, fluorides, chlorides, sulphates, alkalis, acids, grinding materials, sandpaper, metal cloths, steel wool, steel brushes, etc. Soap solutions must not be used because they are highly alkaline.
Alight soiling
- Clean water and wash leather. Wipe with soft and try cloth
Medium soiling
- Neutral, synthetic, liquid cleaning agent, which is applied with a cloth, sponge, wash leather or a soft brush Then rinse with clean water and wipe with a soft, dry cloth
- A high-pressure washer can be used The high-pressure washer is employed in such a way so that natural drainage from the facade is used Water must not enter behind the façade, therefore the use of a high-pressure cleaner is dependent on the design
Very soiled
- Mild metal polisher suitable for aluminium
The cleaning agent must be within the neutral area between PH 5-8.
