Info on alloys
The majority of all of the aluminium that is sold on the market is alloyed with one or more admixtures. Non-alloyed aluminium (pure aluminium) is relatively soft, therefore alloy elements are added or cold processing is performed to increase its breaking strength.
The international system for alloys is identical to the European standard
